Advising the Portuguese government on labour market reforms
On request of the government of Portugal, the International Labour Organization prepared a report Decent Work in Portugal 2008-2018: From crisis to recovery.

I authored Chapter 3A of the report. To prepare it, I closely cooperated with the ILO-Europe team in Geneva and ILO Lisbon office. I was also part of the consultations with the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security (MTSSS) of Portugal, social partners, Bank of Portugal, and Portuguese academia representatives during a mission to Lisbon in May 2018.

On October 16, 2018, the Report was launched in Lisbon by the ILO Director General Guy Ryder.
