ILO-ITC Course Evolving Forms of Employment Relationships and Decent work, May 2018; May 2019

This is the annual week-long course, delivered for mid-career economoists, lawyers, judges, and public service officers from all over the world.

Developed joinly with the ILO Geneva and ILO Turin colleagues a few years ago, the course is in a constant evolution. I have been teaching this course for 4 years now. For its latest edition in 2019, I developed didactic materials and thematic presentations on the broad overview of non-standard employment, on part-time work, and on the work in the digital economy. I also facilitated group works on the topics of the new international statistical standard for measuring non-standard employment; as well as on creating surveys for measuring working conditions in the gig economy.
